We aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers, ensuring that all digital products are delivered promptly and securely. This policy applies to all digital products purchased through benforbrands.co.uk.

Note: This policy applies only to digital products purchased online. Bespoke design and printing services are delivered according to individual project agreements and are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Note: Our web-based publishing tools at tools.benforbrands.co.uk do not require any downloads. They are accessible instantly through your web browser after creating an account (where applicable).

Digital product delivery

All purchased items are digital and available for immediate download following payment confirmation.

Delivery method

  • A download link will be displayed on the order confirmation page.
  • A download link will also be sent to your registered email address.
  • If you created an account, you can access your purchase history and re-download products at any time from your account dashboard on benforbrands.co.uk.

Delivery time

Downloads are available immediately after payment confirmation.

If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. If it’s still missing, contact our support team at de****@*************co.uk.

Download availability

  • Download links remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Each file can be downloaded up to five times within this period.
  • After 30 days, you can re-download your purchased files by logging into your account.

File formats and requirements

Our digital products are typically supplied in the following formats:

  • PDF files — viewable in any modern PDF reader.
  • ZIP archives — may require extraction software (e.g. WinZip, macOS Archive Utility).
  • Editable templates — software requirements (such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Canva) will be specified on the product page.

Please ensure you have suitable software to open the files before purchasing.

Failed or interrupted downloads

If you experience issues downloading your files:

  • Try using a different browser or device.
  • Ensure you have sufficient storage space and a stable internet connection.

Returns and refunds
